Refund policy

All purchases made through Roma Learning Center are final and non-refundable.

Because Roma Learning Center provides live virtual educational services, tutoring, and reserved class enrollment, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Missed classes or tutoring sessions

• Failure to attend scheduled classes

• Changes in a student's personal schedule or availability

• Choosing not to continue participating after enrollment

• Partial participation in a program or service

If Roma Learning Center must cancel a scheduled class or session, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the class or provide an alternative session.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a billing-related issue, please contact Roma Learning Center so we can review the situation.
